Afterall, YOU ARE SICK. Since you aren't exercising, maybe you can make up for it by eating right. Soup is good for you when you are sick, just note that one can is usually over 2 servings. Also eat all the fruits and veggies you'd like! Munch on oranges which are packed with vitamin C, they may even help you feel better sooner! Can't breathe?
